Our news and feedback this year has allowed us to mention our team of passionate presenters and creative course designers – and we are indeed impressed by their professionalism and commitment to changing students’ attitudes to learning.

However, there is another group of people – equally passionate and hard working – who rarely makes it into the spotlight, and without whom our successes as a company would not have been possible.

This group of people works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that the logistics, finances, morale and daily workings of our company run smoothly and efficiently. The wonderful souls within this group have to deal with the public, the sales staff, the company directors and the pool of associate presenters to make sure they are all happy and able to do their jobs effectively.

So to these incredible people, the rest of us at Positively MAD would like to thank you for all your hard work this year, and for helping us provide an even better service for our customers and clients.

Diane Leech – your composure, focus, professionalism, and efficiency have been exemplary, and your solid handling of all things financial has helped us maintain our buoyancy through stormy economic times.
Lorna Johnson – as a new member to our office team, your administrative skills, thorough approach and friendly demeanour have made a huge impact on the logistical aspects of our business, and enabled the presenters to do their job without complications.
Chantel Mitchell – you may be the youngest member of our team, but your enthusiasm and dedication rivals that of experienced members. Your dependability and optimism make you a valuable asset to our office staff.

Obviously the rest of our team work with diligence and dedication and deserve much praise for their efforts, but for now, we thought we would spotlight our office ladies – the ones who rarely receive public praise for their hard work. We salute you, and thank you for being part of the Positively MAD family.
