Sander De Groot, our Head of Training, delivered the Goal Mapping Certificated Coaching Course to Master Licensed Partners on Saturday 29 August, and from the feedback he received, it is clear the course was a resounding success.

Sander’s passionate delivery, his ‘authenticity’ and his warm, engaging approach left a positive and inspirational impression on the licensees who attended. The delivery was very ‘polished and concise’, wrote one licensee, and all enjoyed the opportunity to ask questions and to engage in practical activities that deepened their understanding of the programme.

The aim of the Certificated Coaching Course is to provide all who attend with a more thorough grasp of the content of each coaching programme, and to allow delegates to feel more assured when delivering the course themselves.

• A very good presentation. I like the way it was presented in the order and with a run through to get a feel of the delivery. Having lots of chances to ask questions was also of great help. A chance to try bits yourself during the morning was another plus point.
