Positively MAD’s Master Licensed Partnership is its premium license opportunity for entrepreneurs, those wishing to enhance their present coaching business, and people who wish to build a part-time or full-time income stream promoting and delivering our range of coaching programmes.

The MLP delegates are invited to a day’s Partnership Training, during which they are shown the essentials required to start their own partnership business. Licensees are provided the opportunity to reflect on what makes a successful business and to ascertain which skills and attitudes will best help them get started. They are guided into understanding the features, advantages and benefits of their products and have the chance to create a television advertisement, a radio advertisement, and a two-page magazine display that highlights the unique selling points of the coaching programmes.

Licensees then look at how they can conduct successful telephone calls to clients and customers, analysing aspects like tone, demeanour and language.

After a hearty lunch, the licensees then explore each coaching programme in terms of the value and results offered to schools and learners, and then examine the many resources on offer to help make their partnership a success.

There is plenty opportunity throughout the day for licensees to interact with each other and to share their expertise so that all can benefit from the collective wisdom in the room.

On Sunday 30 August 2009 at The Academy, Holiday Inn, Oxford, ten new licensees attended their Business Development Training Day, which was hosted and run by our Head of Product Development, Alan David Pritchard.

Alan asked the MLPs to express their responses to the day using the reflective tool ‘Win, Learn, Change’ and here is a sample of the ‘wins’ that were recorded.
