Positively MAD has created a new workshop for students in Year 9. Endorsed and sponsored by Aimhigher Suffolk, the Learning to Remember Memory Improvement Tour kicked off this month with 2 pilot sessions at Westbourne Sports College. The response was overwhelmingly positive.

The LEARNING TO REMEMBER workshop is a 2 hour in-class learning event created specifically to help students improve their memories and boost their learning ability. It’s a multi-sensory, multi-media experience that leaves students amazed at the power of their brains and surprised by the ease with which lots of information can be remembered.  The ultimate objective of the LEARNING TO REMEMBER course is to show students that they are able to remember over 120 facts about memory and studying – without writing any of them down.

Alan David Pritchard who created and delivers the course is delighted with the feedback received after delivering the event to well-behaved and appreciative audiences at Westbourne.

“With all new courses, you are never sure,” says Alan, “of how well they will be received. Well, after reading the reviews and comments for the 2 sessions, I needn’t worry. The kids loved it.”

“It is an excellent course for teenagers or anyone else. There are so many ways to memorise. It was an outstanding experience, one of the best of my life. Just breath-taking!” (Zeinab, Year 9 pupil).

The Learning To Remember Suffolk Tour has begun, and Alan will be delivering this engaging memory improvement course to other schools in the area between now and the middle of July.
