As many of you are aware, Positively MAD has, over the last year, focussed much of its efforts towards recruiting passionate, like-minded licensees to create its Positively MAD Partnership network. The aim of the network is to allow more schools direct access to the inspiring range of terrific courses, resources and services that Positively MAD has on offer. The company set out to recruit 100 active licensees, and this phase of its expansion program is now nearing an end.
During this first phase of expansion, the recruited partners are provided with training in the two highly successful and sought-after coaching programs called Goal Mapping and The 6S Study Skills System.
These Certificated Coaching Courses have been running once a month in Oxford to high acclaim, enthusing delegates with a strong desire to run the presentations and workshops so that they too can make a difference to the lives of young people.
Master Licensed Partners received training in the form of a Partnership Development Day, during which they explore their products in more detail, work-shopping the best ways to market and pitch the programs to education establishments. This Training Day focuses on the various routes to market, providing licensees with valuable advice, information and resources to get their partnership business off a Positively MAD start.
As part of this Development Programme, Positively MAD provides its Master Licensed Partners with practical and informative newsletters covering aspects such as Sales, PR and Marketing, Presentation Tips and useful supportive resources.
All licensees have access to the marketing material used by Positively MAD as well as copies of its comprehensive Pathways to Profit Operations Manual.
“The aims of Phase One,” reports Alan Winter, CEO of the company, “were to recruit up to 100 active licensees, then to train them in our coaching programs, and to provide them with business training to help them become a Positively MAD Partner. I am pleased to announce that we are now nearing the end of this phase.”
The Phase officially ends at the end of October, with only one more Opportunity Presentation at the Heathrow Holiday Inn and one more Master Class weekend, consisting of two certificated coaching courses and an MLP Partnership Development Day in Oxford.
“After these events,” explains Mark Stafford, Commercial Director for Positively MAD, “we can focus our attention on Phase Two. During this phase, we will direct our efforts towards empowering and supporting our licensed partners in a more targeted and impactful way so that they can become very successful indeed.”
All of this means that Licensed Partners and Master Licensed Partners can look forward to a concerted effort by the company to provide even more support, encouragement and direction.
“We can,” continues Mark Stafford, “now direct our efforts away from the recruitment drive to the development and nurturing of our Licensed Partners. It is imperative that we remain committed to their success.”
Speciality training, regular updates, a new licensee-focussed website, the establishment of a forum and micro-web pages for each licensee are just some of proposed developments for Positively MAD Partners.
“All through the year,” comments Alan Winter, “we have been communicating with our partners to ascertain their needs and challenges so that we can provide the best possible support in Phase Two.”
