REVIEWS: Rachel Eltham makes a positive difference to Key Stage 5 students

Rachel Eltham is a relatively new presenter in the Positively MAD presenting team, but already she has established herself as a dynamic and engaging speaker.

Delivering courses on exam preparation, study skills and motivation, Rachel is gradually making a name for herself as one of Posmad’s sought after presenters, with some students describing her delivery style as “brilliant and engaging.”

Earlier this month, Rachel Eltham was at Highworth Grammar School, delivering the Exam Busters course to Year 11 students.

Exam Busters is a year-group presentation which shows students how to prepare more effectively for exams and tests. Using a variety of learning methods, the course has been designed to help students feel more confident about their ability to study well.

One of the teachers who observed the presentation, described it as “unique, interactive and engaging” and all the students who filled in feedback form, indicated that they would recommend the course to others. This is testament to Rachel’s seemingly effortless ability to capture an audience’s attention and interest. In fact, one of the students wrote that the course was “helped me understand how to revise.”

Rachel also delivered a study skills/ motivation at Colne school – and the response was equally positive and encouraging, with one teacher remarking that the course gave students ‘tools for independent study.’
