We here at Positively MAD love getting positive reviews for our events and we are particularly proud when schools enthuse about our presenters.
Such was the case recently when we received loads of wonderful feedback for courses delivered by Rachel Eltham, one of our star presenters.
This month Rachel made a positive impact at, Molineaux Stadium where students from amongst others, Stourbridge and Wallsall College enjoyed a dynamic and entertaining Goal Mapping programme called Aiming Higher.
During the presentation, the students were given the opportunity to reflect deeply about what it is they really want to achieve whilst they are in education and they had the chance to create their own goal maps, which encouraged them to take personal responsibility for their futures.
When asked to describe the impact the course had on the students, one teacher wrote;
“This course made the students more aware of success, aims and achievements.” (Emma L)
Another commented:
“The students had a realistic opportunity to think about their futures and their successes. Loved the image-based goal maps – I’ll be using it myself to achieve a change that I know I can do.” (Kal K)
Another teacher was very impressed with the way Rachel explained the subconscious mind and how it impacts each of us.
The students were engaged throughout,” reported Julia Fletcher, a lecturer at Stourbridge. “This will help with goal and target setting for tutorials.”
In addition, all the teachers who observed the session agreed that Rachel engaged the students and pitched the material at just the right level. They also all agreed that Rachel explained the information clearly and with passion and gusto.
Rachel has also received tremendous feedback for her delivery of the Super Speed Study Skills which she recently presented at Kimbolton school.
“This course confirms how much education neglects using the right side of the brain,” reported the Textiles Teacher who observed the presentation. “The students clearly enjoyed and were all engaged with the presentation.”
S K Whitlock, a Chemistry Tutor was equally impressed with Rachel’s delivery of the Exam Busters course at the same school.
The students were energised, enthused – active participation – and attentive throughout. Most will have had their options expanded by these concepts!”
At all of her engagements, Rachel has received the highest marks possible for her presentation skills, with all teachers agreeing that she engaged the audience and pitched the material at the right level for them.
Well done on your amazing work, Rachel. You are really making a difference with the quality of your delivery and we look forward to getting more wonderful feedback from the schools you impact.
