What do you want in life? Most people never ask themselves this fundamental question. The Goal Mapping Programme enables young people to build a compelling vision for the future. The course begins with an examination of what goals are, and why they are so important. Students then create a goal map which forms a holistic overview of their goals.
This course consists of 5 one-hour workshops that show students how to avoid cram studying by regularly reviewing and reflecting on their learning. It introduces them to a system that enables them to experiment with a range of highly effective learning tools, while encouraging them to reflect on their lifestyle choices in order to make healthy changes to support exam success.
What do successful people think about? How do they think about it? What are their attitudes in life? The Inner Winner Programme focuses on raising the conscious awareness of young people. It provides techniques and strategies which can be used to sharpen their mental focus. The course aims to help young people take an active role in deciding how to view the way they experience events and emotions.
Our thoughts command our bodies. The way we think is reflected in the way that we act. The Going For Gold Programme introduces the concept of mind/body synergy. How can action reinforce thoughts and beliefs? How does movement affect emotion? The course provides techniques and strategies which can be used to increase performance and effectiveness.
