Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue or bookstore, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart". . After you have finished your selection, click on "View Cart" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you only want to buy one product, click the green "Buy Now" button on the catalogue page and that will take you straight to the shopping cart checkout.

We accept credit card payment.

If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard and all other cards approved by WorldPay.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping and Handling charges are made according to the weight of the product and whether or not the destination is in the UK. Minimum shipping charges for the UK are £1.50 and for the rest of the world are £2.50.

Delivery Schedule

Subject to Public Holidays and Weekends, your order will be despatched within 7 business days. International orders are generally received in less than 14 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added to Audio Tape and video Orders. Book orders and all other international orders are VAT free.

Your credit card details are only ever passed between your browser and WorldPay who handle our credit card transactions. They are not held in clear text on any web site and are kept secure using industry standard SSL, Thawte and WorldPay unique encryption systems. When the you fill in the payment form and clicks the submit button, your details are not sent straight away. What actually happens is that a secure link is set up between the your browser and WorldPay and an encryption code is requested and received, which then wraps the order and transaction details before leaving the your premises.
