This is a dynamic one day course for primary and secondary teachers wishing to use formative assessment and reflective practice as a means of raising attainment and developing learning.
This course combines accelerated learning principles with critical thinking skills, multi-sensory approaches, and memory enhancement techniques to show teachers how they can begin to use REFLECTIVE PRACTICE AND FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT as part of their teaching ethos.

This is a hands-on workshop, designed to allow teachers to develop, shape and create their own AFL tools. It is filled with practical, fun ideas and activities with plenty of resource material that can be used the very next day.
All delegates will receive a full set of resources designed to enable teachers to apply and assess the ideas gained from the course. Included in the resources are reflective diaries and journals which give a tangible record of a teachers real experience and reflections to create a portfolio of evidence which can be used to inform, to shape and to underpin the school development plan. The materials have been designed to serve as a very important resource for effective dissemination and the sharing of best practice.

This is a guided diary comprising of lesson planning and reflective templates. This book has been designed to help teachers begin the habit of reflective practice, and contains practical guidelines for planning and assessing lessons.
This brilliant resource is for pupils and parents to help shape self-directed learning. Teachers will receive part one of the series which will help students to experiment with and reflect upon different learning tools for use in tests and exams.
